Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging; for coffee beans, the seal must remain intact to qualify for a return.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
